Poetry is the art of creating imaginary gardens with real toads.

A bit about us, a lot about our critters and plants, and much about the goings-on "home on the farm". We try to make use of things that we grow here on our small place with an emphasis on plants and herbal items. Our goal is to try to live a greener and more natural life and leave our place on Earth better than when we arrived here!

Hey Susan,
ReplyDeleteHe's a toad. You can tell by his bumpy skin and his more almond-shaped eyes. Frogs have smoother, slimier" skin and more round, bulgier eyes.
Our little tree frogs haven't made their appearance yet, been too cold. The toads have been out for ages though - they're tougher!
Thanks for the post idea - I'll just have to wait til my little froggies start climbing on the window screens so I can take some photos of them too.) :) Have a great week.
