Chandler just can't wait! |
If you have any suggestions or things you'd like to see here, please let me know. I'm open to just about anything!
A bit about us, a lot about our critters and plants, and much about the goings-on "home on the farm". We try to make use of things that we grow here on our small place with an emphasis on plants and herbal items. Our goal is to try to live a greener and more natural life and leave our place on Earth better than when we arrived here!

I'm terrible on suggestions, I did love the old layout (great help, uh?). I'm sure it'll end up great anyway. Chandler will also love it, I bet.
ReplyDeleteKisses from Nydia.
Thanks Nydia, I liked the old one too but was a bit tired of it. Plus the thistles in the center made the text hard to read sometimes. We'll see what kind of mess I can make of it!
ReplyDeleteseems like spring brings that... a need to tidy up everything... including our blog site... I like it... clean and neat... but then I am a tidy nut...
ReplyDeleteI liked the old layout, but I think your new layout is going to be great. I'm very impressed with what you have so far. I've been recently exploring the "page" feature and still have a lot to learn.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo too, as always!

ps-delightful pkg rec'd. Snail mail thank you forthcoming. I have tomato starts that I need to find homes for, but I don't think they'll make it via snail mail and I suspect yours are better than mine anyway!
Thank you both so much for the comments. I really liked the old thistle layout too, but I'm hoping this new layout eventually will be easier on the eyes and easier to find things.
ReplyDeleteD - I have been giving away tomato babies myself. I usually figure about 50% of the seeds will germinate so I plant double. Well, I had some mega-healthy seeds since about 90% of them sprouted! Glad your package arrived safely.
I'm so stupid about this kind of thing, I always get impressed when I see a new layout at my friends' blogs. If I didn't have the help of Holly (from The Banner Haus), I would never be able to refresh my blog, and it will look like that for a long time now, or I'll destroy the whole thing with my stupidity! LOL
ReplyDeleteKisses!
As mentioned in my other comment, I really like the new layout, Jules. It's easy to read your posts -- the whole style invites to linger on your site longer. :)
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Birgit
Thanks Birgit, that is definitely one of my goals with the new style. I love it when people check out some of the older posts and stuff when they stop by. :)
